Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup (250 mL) butter, melted

¼ cup (60 mL) black sesame seeds for garnish

1. Preheat oven to 375˚F (190˚C).

2. Place phyllo layers on a plate and cover with a damp towel.

3. In a large skillet, heat 3 Tbsp oil over medium heat. Add veal and cook, while breaking

up the pieces with a wooden spoon for about 5–10 minutes. Season with salt and garlic

powder. Transfer to a bowl, return skillet to heat add 2 Tbsp olive oil.

4. Add onion and cook for 3 minutes, add garlic, bell pepper, parsley raisins and cook

for an additional 3 minutes.
