The unofficial drink of the Bahamas combining coconut water with condensed milk, gin and delectable coconut jelly.
48 oz (1.36 L) coconut water
2 cups (500 mL) condensed milk
1/2 cup (125 mL) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (125 mL) diced coconut jelly
10 oz (300 mL) gin
1/4 tsp (1 mL) freshly grated nutmeg
Ice or coconut shells , for serving
Cherries for garnishing
1. Place all ingredients in an empty 4-cup (1 L) bottle with a
cover and shake well, or in a pitcher and stir.
2. Refrigerate until very cold, about 2 hours.
3. Serve in chilled glasses over ice, garnish with nutmeg and cherries.
