Ingredients
2 racks Beef Grilling Back Ribs
(about 7 ribs long), 3 lb. (1.5 kg)
Salt to taste
1-360 mL bottle Island Gurl Sweet Guava
BBQ Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat one side of grill on low (275°F). Prepare ribs by removing
any membranes or extra fat. Sprinkle salt evenly all over all sides
of the ribs. - Place ribs over indirect heat, close the grill and cook for 2 hours.
- Generously Brush ribs with BBQ sauce, continue cooking over
indirect heat for an additional 30 minutes or until meat easily
pulls away from the bone. Char the ribs by turning up the grill
and let ribs darken in spots for about 2-3 minutes per side. - Transfer ribs to a serving platter, let stand 5 minutes and serve
with an extra side of BBQ sauce for dipping.
